Dining and Refreshments
Our aim is to offer every guest a dining and service experience beyond the ordinary. We focus on serving high-quality food inspired by the culinary heritage of Skåne. That’s why we use locally sourced ingredients, supporting producers from across the region. For example, our pork comes from Olinge free-range pigs raised near Wanås Castle, while on the beautiful Bjäre Peninsula you’ll find Bjärefågel, from whom we source our chicken. Our cockerels are supplied by Tockafarmaren near Lund.
We are also proud to be the first restaurant company of our kind in Malmö to be KRAV-certified. A warm welcome to us!

Our inviting lunch restaurant, set beside the main hall, is styled with modern interiors inspired by the beautiful beech forests of Skåne. -
Cloud
Welcome above the clouds! On the upper floor awaits our light-filled, spacious restaurant with 450 seats – a versatile setting that transforms seamlessly from conference and banquet hall to buffet dining or à la carte service. -
Field
Our newly renovated and modern entrance café is the first stop as you enter the building. We serve baguettes, open sandwiches, hot dogs, homemade cakes as well as snacks and sweets. You can enjoy coffee in all its varieties, soft drinks, beer, wine and, on selected occasions, cocktails. Field is the perfect meeting spot for a morning coffee before the fair or mingling afterwards. Just like all our restaurants in the building, Field is organic-certified by KRAV.
